The Pasco County Supervisor of Elections' Office is looking for Seasonal Call Center Representatives.
Employment Period: February 5th – November 8th
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Job Description: serve as a resource to the voters throughout the county by accessing voter records on the statewide database, interpreting voter records to determine eligibility, assist in ordering vote-by-mail ballots, serve as liaison to the permanent staff.
Qualifications: Customer service oriented, proficient on a laptop, comfortable answering telephone calls
Mandatory Training Dates: February 1st-2nd, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Elections Service Center, 1st Floor, 38283 McDonald Street, Dade City, Florida
Commitment: You must attend training to be eligible to work. You may be asked to work weekends and overtime with little notice. Regular work hours are 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. Hours will be extended during high volume times and Election Days (March 19th, August 20rd and November 5th).
