2026 Municipal Election Cycle
Deadline to Request Vote by Mail Ballots
Sample Ballots Available

Pasco County FL – Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, announces the last day for the elections’ office to receive requests for Vote by Mail ballots for the Municipal Elections is Thursday, April 2nd, by 5:00 p.m.  Request a ballot on-line at PascoVotes.gov or call 800-851-8754.

Ballots are available for pick-up at the three elections’ offices until 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 13th.  Florida Statutes do not allow for Vote by Mail ballots to be picked up in the elections’ office on the day of the election unless an emergency precludes the voter from going to their assigned polling place. An affidavit affirming the facts of the emergency will be required.

Voters wishing to pick-up ballots on behalf of someone will need a written request from the voter designating them as the person authorized to carry out the ballot.  The designee will be asked to provide a photo ID and to complete an affidavit before the ballot is released.

All voted ballots must be physically in the elections’ office by 7:00 p.m. Election Day, April 14th, including ballots being delivered by the United States Postal Service.  Voted mail or carryout ballots may not be turned in at the polls on Election Day.

Voters can check the status of their Vote by Mail ballot at  https://pascovotes.ballottrax.net/voter/.

Sample ballots for the Municipal Elections are available online at PascoVotes.gov.  For those without internet access, sample ballots will be published in the Tampa Bay Times on Wednesday, April 8th.

Voters must reside within the city limits of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, or the town limits of St. Leo to be eligible to vote in the Municipal Elections.
