Pasco County FL - Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, announces that Vote by Mail ballots for the April 14th Municipal Elections for the cities of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and the town of St. Leo will be mailed on Thursday, March 5th to voters with requests that were submitted as of January 1, 2025, all previous Vote by Mail requests expired after the 2024 General Election.  The deadline to request a Vote by Mail ballot for any Municipal Election is Thursday, April 2nd.

When making a request, per Florida Law, voters will be required to provide specific information to order their mail ballot, including either their Florida driver license number, Florida identification card number, or the last four digits of their social security number. The information provided is used to verify the voter’s identity. Requests can be made online at PascoVotes.gov or by calling the office at 800-851-8754.

Voters who wish to vote in person before Election Day may vote at the city halls of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and town hall of St. Leo beginning Wednesday, March 4th. Voters are encouraged to ensure their voter registration is up-to-date, and if voting by mail, that a current signature is on file.

Voters wishing to pick up ballots on behalf of someone will need a written request from the voter designating them as the person authorized to carry out the ballot.  The designee will be asked to provide a photo ID and to complete an affidavit before the ballot is released to them.  Ballots may be picked up by designees over the counter at any of the three Pasco County Supervisor of Elections’ offices.

Voted ballots must be returned to any of the three Pasco County elections’ offices by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, April 14th.  Please allow enough time for first-class delivery by the US Postal Service, or hand deliver ballots to any of the three elections’ offices.  Voted ballots are also accepted at city halls but may not be turned in at the polls on Election Day.

Voters must reside within the city limits of the cities of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, or the town of St. Leo to be eligible to vote in the Municipal Elections.
