Voter Turnout Posted on Website

Pasco County FL - Supervisor of Elections Brian E. Corley announced that voter turnout for the November 4, 2014 General Election will be posted daily on the elections' office website, pascovotes.com.

"Transparency with elections in Pasco County has been, and will continue to be, of great importance for this office.  The posting of voter turnout on our website is an extension of our commitment to openness in the process," said Supervisor Corley.

The voter turnout numbers will represent those who have returned their vote-by-mail ballot, and beginning October 25th, will include those who have voted early.  Voter turnout will be reported every ten minutes during early voting and on General Election day, and after closing the polls at 7:00 p.m., election results will be posted online as they become available.

The elections' office has already mailed nearly 52,000 vote-by-mail ballots with new requests being processed daily.  To request a vote-by-mail ballot, call the office at 800-851-8754, or visit pascovotes.com.

The early voting period, at eight locations throughout the county, will begin October 25, 2014 and end November 1, 2014.  Early voting times and locations can be found at pascovotes.com.
